Welcome to DeenMaxx. By downloading, installing, or using the DeenMaxx mobile application ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
DeenMaxx is an Islamic daily habit tracker operated by Sierra Hotel Studio. The app allows users to log daily deeds (amaal), track Quran reading progress, earn badges, maintain streaks, and join community groups (Circles).
To use DeenMaxx, you must create an account using a valid email address or through Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
DeenMaxx offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription with additional features. Pro subscriptions are available as monthly, annual, or lifetime plans.
New users may receive a free trial of Pro features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will not be automatically charged — the trial simply expires and you continue with the free tier unless you choose to subscribe.

DeenMaxx provides hasanat values based on authentic Islamic sources (Quran and Hadith). All sources are cited within the app. However, Islamic scholarship involves diverse interpretations, and we encourage users to consult qualified scholars for religious guidance. The app is a tracking tool, not a fatwa service.
The Vault allows you to store private duas and gratitude notes. This content belongs to you. We do not access, read, moderate, or share Vault content. You are solely responsible for the content you store there.
Circle is a social feature where users can join groups and see shared progress (streaks, levels). By joining a Circle, you consent to sharing your display name, streak count, and level with other group members. You can leave a Circle at any time.
All content, design, code, and branding of DeenMaxx are owned by Sierra Hotel Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without written permission.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). Upon deletion, all your personal data, progress, and content will be permanently removed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the integrity of the app.
DeenMaxx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app. Prayer times are calculated based on approximate location and standard algorithms — verify critical times with your local mosque.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sierra Hotel Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
