Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your DeenMaxx account and all associated data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In-App
- Open DeenMaxx and go to the Profile tab
- Tap Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion when prompted
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to the address below with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your DeenMaxx account.

We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, gender)
- All daily amaal logs and history
- Quran reading progress and goals
- Hasanat totals and history
- Streak data
- Badge progress
- Vault entries (private journal)
- Circle (group) memberships
- Subscription records (local to the app — manage App Store/Google Play subscriptions separately)
What Is NOT Deleted
The following are managed externally and must be cancelled separately if applicable:
- Active subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play Store — you must cancel these directly through your device's subscription settings
- Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you
Data Deletion Without Account Deletion
If you want to delete specific data (such as Vault entries or amaal logs) without deleting your entire account, email support@sierrahotel.me with your request and we will assist you.
